An internal department of our company, along with the employees working in this area, are trained and authorized to organize and provide all the necessary formalities required by the shipowner and their crew at the port of destination.
Our focus is always on ensuring that the shipowner’s stay at the port of destination is as pleasant as possible. This is not compromised by the bureaucratic and time-consuming procurement and management of formalities.
Coordination and planning takes place even before the shipowner arrives at the port of destination. The interaction between our worldwide branches, implementing excellent relationships with local departments and authorities, enables us to carry out the necessary tasks smoothly and effectively, both nationally and internationally.

Every boat owner, crew member, and bareboat skipper are familiar with this, whether temporary or permanent. The delivery and receipt of documents, letters, packages, spare parts, etc., is virtually impossible because:
- The harbormaster’s office refuses and/or it is unauthorized.
- Letter and parcel delivery personnel cannot access the harbor premises and/or cannot find the berth.
- The berth is located outside the harbor area.
- Due to the existing infrastructure, there is no post office, packing station, parcel shop, or UPS/FEDEX/GLS access point, etc.
- During your sailing trip or cruise, you do not arrive at your destination port on time.
- Your expected delivery is delayed and you have already left the harbor.
Our logistics solutions are carried out with strict discretion, while ensuring optimal execution to any port worldwide, which we can guarantee at any time. Our logistics solutions include, among others:
- Acceptance and delivery of mail and parcels
- Acceptance and delivery of registered mail / registered mail with return receipt
- Acceptance and delivery of documents and valuables
- Acceptance and delivery of goods and spare parts

- Goods and documents from non-EU countries are delivered using a TI document.
- Crew members from non-EU countries receive a personal EORI code, which we apply for with the customs authorities, allowing them to receive permanent or temporary shipments.
These services can be used at any time; all that is required is registration of personal data, as well as the ship’s name and berth address. We will then provide you with the appropriate (port) address for delivery of your shipments.

Transfers are carried out exclusively by one of our regular crews, consisting of experienced sailors and captains who are perfectly coordinated through regular transfer trips. Transfer costs are calculated as an individual fixed price in this case.
