Summer and Winter Storage
For decades, we have been steadily and continuously expanding our summer and winter storage facilities every year. We never lose sight of our goal of offering shipowners optimal, strategic, and comprehensive locations, while implementing the excellent existing infrastructure, whether on land or by water.
Our services are tailored and coordinated based on, adhering to, and taking into account the suggestions submitted by shipowners, as well as experience that is continually developed, implemented, and expanded.
This has led to us being able to offer an excellent, highly complex service for the protection of shipowners’ property that is unique in Europe by today’s standards.
The property areas
are completely asphalted, in certain countries / regions concreted.
Our external warehouses
are completely paved, in certain countries/regions they are concrete.
Electricity and water connections are available for each pitch.
( Summer / Winter ) Hall of ships – A
are isolated and heated. Repairs and maintenance work cannot be carried out. Electricity and water connections are available per parking space. (Concrete floor with a floor load capacity of approximately 16t/m²)
Catamaran ( Summer / Winter ) Hall of ships – A + B
These spaces are insulated and heated. Thanks to our technical facilities, we are able to safely store catamarans up to 40 meters in length.

insulated and heated. Boat repairs and maintenance, etc., can be carried out here. Electricity and water connections are available for each pitch. (Concrete floor with a load-bearing capacity of 16t/m²)

Changing rooms, restrooms, showers, toilets, and a kitchen area are available in all areas.
Temperature-controlled, insulated Hall of mast – C
Specifically designed for mast storage, in a dedicated mast stand.
Access to the grounds and halls
- As a shipowner, you are authorized to inspect your ship at any time of day.
- From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., you as the shipowner can enter the grounds and halls using the infrared key provided to you, in combination with the chip code.
- From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., you as the shipowner can only enter the grounds and halls accompanied by security personnel.
Security and Protection
Our summer/winter storage facilities are always equipped with the latest security technology.
- Perimeter protection means that the areas are surrounded by carbon double-rod mesh security fences with a standard height of 5.00 m, with the implementation of surveillance technologies such as motion detectors, cameras, and alarm systems, as well as a direct line (silent alarm) to the local police and fire department.
- In addition, various mechanical, electronic, infrared, and laser security technologies, as well as other security technologies not listed here, are used with additional access controls.
- Highly qualified security personnel are also integrated at all locations.
With all the security measures we implement, we can guarantee the protection of the shipowners’ property.

Summer & Winter Prices
Summer period begins April 15th and ends October 15th of the current year.
Motorboats, catamarans, sailing boats, ships, and yachts must be at least 12 m long and not exceed a maximum length of 200 m to be eligible for a parking space.
The calculation basis for a parking space is based on the total area of your vessel type, i.e., length x width.
For illustration: 12 m long x 5 m wide = 60 m²
For your vessel type, 60 m² will then be estimated and calculated. The parking space for your vessel type is 12 m long x 5 m wide. However, for safety reasons, you will receive a parking space for your vessel type that is 16 m long and 9 m wide. This results in a distance of 4 m from the nearest vessel type. These additional m² will not be charged.
Outdoor Storage
- Asphalted and/or concreted.
- Electricity and water connections are available at the parking space. (No charge)
- The corresponding storage trestle/jacking trestle costs for your vessel type are included in the price per m² listed below.
- The charge is € 25.00 per m² (including VAT).

- Concrete, insulated, and heated.
- Electricity and water connections are available at the parking space. (No charge)
- Repairs and maintenance work cannot be carried out.
- The corresponding storage trestle/jacking trestle costs for your vessel type are included in the price per m² listed below.
- The charge is € 30.00 per m² (including VAT).

- Concrete, insulated, and heated.
- Electricity and water connections are available at the parking space. (No charge)
- Vessel repairs and maintenance, etc., can be carried out.
- The corresponding storage trestle/jack costs for your vessel type are included in the price per m² listed below.
- The price is € 35.00 per m² (including VAT).
